Here are a few examples and description of some of our more popular jobs and in-depth projects.

This project was a referral from an architect. The Homeowner purchased this as a second home and even though it showed well, they wanted to make some changes to accommodate their taste and lifestyle. They wanted a larger and more private master bedroom, a pool, an outside kitchen space, a complete revamp of the interior space, removal of all the original stucco for a much softer feel of lap siding, along with other touches to make this house a home a weekend getaway anyone would be proud of.

Originally this home was purchased from a client that heard about our company through a friend. Before they moved in, they wanted to remodel the bathrooms and bedroom spaces, and would later decide about the kitchen and the rest of the house. However, before they had a chance to do so, they sold the home to relocate for work. Upon selling the house, the new owners decided to move forward with the rest of the home remodel and addition. They reached out us based on the prior owner’s recommendation working with us.

This original kitchen was ready for a remodel. It had a real closed-in feeling. Now the Homeowner enjoys cooking for family and friends with a full view of the guests and never miss a play on the television during a football game. They can also accommodate a large gathering with easy flow for family and friends to come visit.

This kitchen was pretty small, dated and limited originally. An addition wasn’t an option, and the Homeowner desired a bit of an Italian flair. The recessed TV in the family room now ties the two spaces together in a warm and inviting way. The family and guests can enjoy a warm fire and conversation while the hosts cooks, talks and laughs with their guests without feeling the isolation of a typical galley kitchen space.

Oddly, the original kitchen in this house was in really great shape but the Homeowner wanted it opened up a bit and just an overall update. We made the two entries into the space larger to help brighten up the space, we brought the kitchen windows down to the countertop to bring the outside into the kitchen and finished off with higher end appliances that helped give the Homeowners exactly what they wanted.

This little project started its life out as a garage. Then sometime in the 90’s, it was made into a makeshift granny unit that wasn’t quite good enough for grandma. So the clients wanted it completely remodeled to include all new kitchen, bathroom, laundry space, heating and cooling, windows and siding.

This little cottage is now a little charmer giving anyone who stays, the feel of a real home. I can’t say enough about their vision, the Homeowner dreamed and designed it and we brought their dream to a reality.

Knights Valley

This project was referred to us by an architect. This home was originally a 700 square foot home which looked like a shed in a sea of vineyards. It has been purchased by a Homeowner that wanted the Sonoma/Napa vineyard vibe. We added approximately 1500 SQ FT to this house with the intent of a mixed-use weekend rental as well as a vacation home for the client to host holiday events as well as a relaxing, lazy day hang out.
